This morning, I woke up feeling significantly less stressed and anxious than on most Monday mornings.
I just needed to write it down somewhere in case I forget. I tend to forget small successes in time of challenge. I usually wake up on Mondays feeling super stressed, tired, and very anxious. Today was totally fine.
Seriously, just writing it down for myself.
What changed?
I went to my first meditation yesterday at the local meditation center.
I fell asleep right after reading from Jon Kabat-Zinn's book on mindfulness.
I was busy this weekend, but organized my time pretty well and got most of the important things done.
Had a few changes in perspective and heart.
Today we wear red white and blue for constitution day, yahoo!!
Three light teaching loads in a row after today due to eighth grade camp and the way the schedule worked out.
Maybe that explains it. :)
